Regency Logo Usage Policy & Style Guide
Our logos are available for use in marketing or other publicity materials for the benefit of Regency, subject to the terms of the Regency Logo Usage Policy. Permission is granted to you to use the logos only on the conditions set forth in the Usage Policy. The logos are the sole and exclusive property of Regency. Your use of any logo implies acceptance of, and agreement with, the terms of the Usage Policy. If you do not accept and agree to follow the rules for using the logos as set out in the Usage Policy, you do not have the right to use the logos and should not use them. Any use of the logos that does not comply with the Usage Policy is not authorized. If you violate the rules set out in the Usage Policy, you must cease all use of all logos, regardless of the uses otherwise allowed in the Usage Policy. In addition, Regency reserves the right to revoke its approval of your use of the logos at any time.

We advise you to reference our Style Guide before using the Regency logo to ensure proper usage from a visual standpoint.

Our core colors are "Regency yellow," "white," and "black" as in our style guide above. Our standard logo is our "black" logo and the only acceptable alternative is our reversed "white" logo as approved here. We advise the use of the "black" logo on white or light backgrounds and advise the use of our "white" logo on black or other dark backgrounds where use of our standard logo is not visually defined.
