The Biz Dash 5K took place on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Regency participated as a Company Team as a fun way to promote health and wellness in the workplace and encourage everyone to get outside and be active. Regency was also involved as a sponsor with in-kind waste removal services, as well as an entrant in the T-Shirt contest.

The Biz Dash 5K is presented by World Wide Technology and is St. Louis’ version of the corporate run which has become widely popular in many cities across the country. The heart of the event is to bring our community together and promote a healthy lifestyle. Studies have shown that the healthier (and happier) the employee, the more productive they are in the workplace thereby attributing to a higher achieving organization.
